This bottled wine exhibits the suppleness and length that has characterised the Yarra Valley Cabernets for decades.

Bright and deep red in the glass, the wine has lifted floral and dark berry notes. The palate is beautifully structured. Fine grained tannins and subtle oak supports the layers of berry fruits along with mocha and savoury characters.

Dry White - Winemakers Tasting Notes

This well balanced dry white exhibits a light gold hue in the glass. Crisp acidity draws the wine along the palate providing good length. Aromas of stone fruits, apple and pear sweep through to the palate which is fresh and clean. Serve chilled but not bone jarringly cold, this is a ‘cracker’ summer afternoon wine.

This delightful sparkling Brut Cuvee was made from grapes grown in South Australia. It has a pale straw color with attractive, green tints and fine gas beads. Delicate, lively lemon fruit aromas are enhanced by an appealing, subtle yeast background and a crisp refreshing finish.
