Returns Policy. Yes we do, but you need to read this before returning something, please :)
We do accept the return of new, unopened items in original packaging. If you would like to return a new item, if you have changed your mind, no problems, however we do require that you pay for the freight back to us.
The fine print :
If it was a bricks and mortar retail store, by comparison that you were returning goods to you would need to take it back to them, at your cost, in as new condition, with a receipt, and we, like most stores, have the same reasonable expectations.
If your item was personalised, is a food product, food container or apothecary candy jar, or was especially ordered or made for you we can not accept returns sorry, as we cannot re stock these items.
If your item is a personalised printed product, and you are not happy with the print quality, we can re print them for you - we want you to be happy. Please note though that any print quality issues are usually caused by a poor quality image supplied to us, to to avoid this please ensure you send us a nice big file, with at least 300 DPI resolution :).
Don't forget to check the proof we send you too - if you OK a proof or send direct to print, and you do so with an error, please remember that the finished product will be exactly as you approved it. Under those circumstances, we can reprint but being fair, a small fee may apply to cover our costs.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order as relevant.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Australia Post - New service delivery standard effective January 4th 2016
Please note that Australia Post has changed its delivery time frames effective January 4th 2016. Regular deliveries are going to take a bit longer to arrive from now on :(

Priority - 1 to 4 business days depending on destination
Express - Next business day delivery if you are in the Express Post network.
