1/2 of a cup of white sugar
One large egg
1/2 of a teaspoon of baking soda
75 grams of butter that has been melted
One cup of plain flour
1/2 of a cup of chocolate chips
1/2 of a cup of soft brown sugar

First, begin by turning your oven on to heat up to 180 degrees Celsius. Beat the melted butter, the egg and the sugars together.
Sift the baking soda and the flour and add in the chocolate chips, then the lot into the butter mixture. Stir this chocolate chip biscuit recipe mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Place teaspoonsful of choc chip biscuit mix - or tablespoosnful if you want a large choc chip cooke, on your oven trays that should be lightly greased, or sprayed with an olive or cooking oil, or even lined with baking paper. Bake your fresh home made chocolate chip biscuits for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the choc chip cookies are a lovely golden brown. Transfer the fresh biscuits to a rack or tray to cool.
