Ingredients for this ice cream cake recipe
1litre each of vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice ice cream
2 x 30 grams Flake chocolate bars, crushed
cream and strawberry
2 x 45 grams packets Malteasers, crushed
2 x 50 grams Violet Crumble chocloate bars, crushed
75 grams white marshmallows, chopped

Cooking or Preparation Instructions for Ice Cream Cake
Place the chocolate ice cream and crushed Flake chocolate bars in a large bowl and set aside to soften. Once soft, beat with a wooden spoon until the Flake mix is well combined. Spoon the mixture into a 23cm round spring form pan and smooth over with a spatula. Cover with foil and freeze the mixture until firm.
Clean the bowl. When the chocolate ice cream layer is firm, place the vanilla ice cream and crushed Maltesers in the bowl. Set aside to soften then beat until combined. Place the pan back in the freezer until frozen.
Remove the pan from freezer, sprinkle with Violet Crumble mix , then spoon the vanilla ice cream over top and smooth. Freeze the ice cream cake mixture until firm.
Repeat this process with strawberry icecream and the marshmallows
